More thoughts for the cover

Today, I showed my 'almost done' books to friends and ask them what do they think. We agreed on it has to have an introduction in words of telling people how it's supposed to be used. So, for that I need to rethink the cover option 2.

I really like the covers below, they're using their own sketches to convey the idea of the starting point you may say. I am using sketched icons of objects to make a diary to convey what objects can be used in unexpected way. They also have a hand made feel to it.
